Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were pretty large, but mine faced the inside, which was a bit odd and lacked privacy. The kitchen was a nice touch, but the water drainage in the bathroom was inconvenient. The service was a mix of amazing and confusing. The location was convenient for downtown activities but not as close to certain attractions as expected. The dining varied from excellent to terrible on different days. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.
When I stayed at the hotel, the room was ready when we arrived, but there were some issues with the accessibility features as the bathroom flooded after using the shower, which could be dangerous, especially for guests with mobility issues. The location was convenient for attractions but a bit far to walk comfortably with a leg injury. The dining experience was excellent, but there were some inconsistencies in service quality. Overall, the hotel offers a good location and dining experience.
I had a great stay at the hotel with well-stocked rooms that were ready to go with our keys. They were spacious and extremely functional, making them seem even larger than they are. The service was fantastic, especially from Tiffany and Megan, who immediately took care of any requests. The location was superb, just two blocks away from Broadway, making it easy to access lower Broadway and downtown attractions. The dining experience was very good with a varied menu, and the facilities were top-notch.
The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Broadway, great restaurants, and the Country Music Hall of Fame. The rooms were cramped and not as depicted in the pictures, and navigating to the rooms felt like a maze. The service was exceptional, with helpful staff and early room availability. The location worked out perfectly for our visit, but the overall cleanliness was subpar.
The hotel is ideally located within walking distance of Downtown Nashville's attractions. The rooms are adequate, with some overlooking the lobby or street, and offer spacious layouts. However, the lobby chandelier light is too bright, making it challenging to darken the rooms at night. The location offers a balance of proximity to entertainment and a peaceful environment away from the bustling Broadway St Dining options are varied but may lack some hot selections. Overall, the value for the downtown location is high.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and very clean, perfect for my extended 9-day stay. The location was ideal, near all the attractions and popular restaurants. The service was top-notch, with a special shoutout to John the bartender. However, there could be some improvement in certain staff attitudes. The dining was good but quite basic. Overall, a great value for the money.
